Business Development Manager (Tuticorin)

<p><br></p><p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base in Tuticorin and its surrounding areas. As a part of our dedicated Business Development team, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in business development and a passion for driving success.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field</li><li>Proven experience in Bank insurance or sales, with 4 to 6 years of experience</li><li>Strong networking and relationship-building skills</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions</li><li>Proactive and result-oriented mindset</li><li>Knowledge of the HR industry and services is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite</li><li>Willingness to travel within Tuticorin and nearby areas</li><li>Age criteria (23-32)</li><li>CIBIL Score should be above 650</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Identify and generate new business leads in Tuticorin and its surrounding areas</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients</li><li>Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals</li><li>Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation</li><li>Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends and best practices</li></ul><p>Interested candidates share your resume</p><p>Email: (e-mail removed)</p><p>Whatsapp: 9778783902</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
