Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for consulting services.

2. Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and exceed sales goals.

3. Client Relationship Management:
Leverage existing relationships with key clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending appropriate consulting solutions. Cultivate and maintain relationships by understanding their business challenges and recommending appropriate consulting solutions.

4. Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, prospecting, and lead generation activities to onboard new clients.

5. Consultative Selling:
Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their requirements and propose customized consulting solutions.

6. Proposal Development:
Collaborate with the consulting team to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations that address client needs and objectives.

7. Contract Negotiation:
Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

8. Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and business decisions.

9. Performance Monitoring:
Track sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to management on progress against targets.

10. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in consulting sales for 5 + years (Cyber Security or IT/ ITES domain), with a strong portfolio of achieved sales targets and client relationships.
  3. Experience in initiating new business & acquiring new logos.
  4. Leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  6. Enthusiastic and ready to travel both domestically/internationally to meet business needs.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
