Purpose of the Role: We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help us expand and nurture our client base. The ideal candidate will excel in prospecting and bringing new clients on board, with a knack for panel-related sales and effective account management. Your role will drive business growth through strategic lead generation and relationship-building strategies.

4 AM – 1 PM, Monday to Friday Location :

Responsibilities: Hunt for prospects and generate leads within organizations to uncover new client opportunities. Develop and execute a strategic plan targeting key decision-makers in procurement and related departments. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential panels across various sectors. Use diverse channels such as calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and events to build strong relationships with potential clients. Collaborate closely with the team to craft compelling proposals and timely responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and government policies to seize business opportunities in the Australian market. Provide regular reports on business development activities, including lead generation, pipeline development, and conversion rates.

Qualifications and Skills: Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the Australian market. MBA, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Deep understanding of the procurement process, with experience in panel management and handling RFPs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in LinkedIn Navigator and other networking platforms for effective lead generation and relationship building. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret market intelligence for identifying business opportunities.
