Job Overview:

We seek a Business Development and Product Manager who will focus 80% on business development and 20% on product management. The role involves driving business growth and optimizing our products, particularly in Gaming, Fintech, Digital Marketing, or Advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development (80%):

· Opportunity Identification:
Research and identify new business opportunities in key sectors.

· Lead Generation:
Develop and execute strategies to generate and convert leads.

· Relationship Building:
Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

· Sales Strategy:
Implement strategies to meet revenue goals for our services and products.

· Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitive positioning.

· Proposal Development:
Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts.

Product Management (20%):

· Product Strategy:
Contribute to the strategic planning for our in-house products.

· Development Support:
Provide insights and feedback for product enhancements.

· Lifecycle Management:
Assist in managing product performance and gathering user feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
    MBA is a plus.
  • Experience:
    3+ years in business development, with some exposure to product management;
    experience in Gaming, Fintech, Digital Marketing, or Advertising preferred.
  • Skills:
    Proven track record in revenue growth, strong sales and negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and proficiency in tools like CRM software (e.G., Salesforce), project management (e.G., Jira), analytics (e.G., Google Analytics), PowerPoint, Figma, and Canva.
