Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Hyper Stealth Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi. The role involves developing and implementing strategic business growth plans, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Business Development & Sales Management

- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and boost business volume.

- Manage the entire sales funnel for the assigned region, driving lead generation and conversion.


2. Target Achievement

- Track and drive sales performance to meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals.


3. Brand Promotion

- Enhance brand visibility through client meetings, presentations, and participation in exhibitions, tradeshows, and business events.

- Extensive travel for client engagement and market expansion.


4. Technical Collaboration

- Work closely with the technical team to define product specs based on client needs and deliver tailored solutions.


5. Opportunity Identification

- Identify business opportunities early and craft strategies to position the company ahead of tenders.


6. Bid Management

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant bid submissions.


Qualifications & Experience:


- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

- Strong knowledge of State Police,Paramilitary structures and defence units

- Proven ability to manage clients and drive business growth.
