How you will contribute:


  • Leading Offline and Online Bidding/Tendering Process. (Bid process compliance until Commissioning of the project.)
  • Engaging with Government Agencies, Authorities (Like SECI, NTPC, NHPC, MNRE, PGCIL, CEA, GUVNL)
  • Market and competition assessment with respect to competitive bidding.
  • Identification of Business Opportunities in Solar, Hybrid & Other RE technologies.
  • To analyze and continuously monitor the regulatory framework and trends applicable to our business both at national and specific State level.
  • Support other teams with various reports, documents disseminating correspondence, schedule meetings, etc.
  • Understanding of Power Evacuation network for Intra-State and Inter-state of CTU and State Utilities.
  • Review and preparation of comments on draft policies and guidelines.


Ideal skills for this role include:


  • Graduate in Engineering;
    MBA degree would be preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in business development preferably in similar roles at leading IPPs.
  • Good understanding of current regulatory framework
  • Excellent inter - personal skills and communication skills
  • Having a close connect with relevant external stakeholders would be preferred
  • Understanding of photovoltaic technology and installation
  • Should be willing to travel nationally
