Job Overview:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions, and driving sales growth for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong sales skills, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to educators and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads:
    Identify and target potential clients in the education sector, including schools, colleges, universities, and educational organizations. Utilize various strategies such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and Present Solutions:
    Understand clients' needs and present tailored solutions that address their challenges and goals. Demonstrate the features and benefits of our products/services through presentations, demos, and consultations.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline:
    Track and manage sales opportunities from initial contact through to closing. Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Build Relationships:
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within educational institutions. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Team:
    Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Share feedback and insights to help improve our offerings and sales approach.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:
    Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Proven track record in sales, preferably within the education sector or a related industry. Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex concepts and solutions.
