Location: Delhi Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Unit Setup: • Oversee the establishment of the new business unit in Delhi. • Develop and implement business plans to achieve growth targets and market penetration in the Delhi region. 2. Team Building and Management: • Recruit, train, and manage a team of talented professionals across various functions including sales, account management, creative, and technical roles. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages high performance and employee development. • Implement effective team structures and processes to ensure smooth operations and project delivery. • Guide and mentor the current team and play a pivotal role in helping them drive existing business 3. Business Development: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Delhi market. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners. • Develop and present compelling proposals and pitches to secure new business. 4. Client Management: • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in Delhi ensuring their needs and expectations are met. • Oversee the delivery of digital marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 5. Provide strategic guidance and insights to client and the internal team s to help them achieve their marketing goals. 6. Quality of Work in Digital: • Ensure the delivery of high-quality digital marketing services that meet and exceed client expectations. • Implement quality control processes and best practices to maintain the highest standards of work. • Continuously monitor and improve the quality of deliverables, including creative content, technical solutions, and strategic planning. • Encourage innovation and creativity within the team to produce outstanding digital marketing campaigns. 7. Financial Management: • Manage the business unit’s P&L, ensuring financial targets are met. • Develop and manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective operations. • Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management. 8. Market Analysis and Strategy: • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and local market conditions. • Develop and implement strategies to differentiate the agency in the Delhi market and drive competitive advantage. • Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities to drive business growth.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. • Minimum of 12 years of experience in the mainline + digital marketing industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience working with start-ups will be an added advantage • Proven track record of building and managing teams, and successfully growing a business unit. • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and solutions. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive financial performance. • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
