Job Description: SAP/IT RecruiterLocation: Delhi NCRExperience: up to 5 YearsShould be comfortable working 5 days a week from officeRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced SAP/IT Recruiter to join our team in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on SAP technologies. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates with expertise in SAP HANA, FICO, FSCM, FICA, and FIN CO.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top SAP talent.Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.Candidate Management:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.Provide regular updates on recruitment status and candidate pipeline.Advise hiring managers on market trends and competitive hiring practices.Technical Expertise:Demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP modules including SAP HANA, FICO, FSCM, FICA, and FIN CO.Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in SAP technologies.Evaluate candidates' technical skills through detailed assessments and interviews.Compliance and Reporting:Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.8-10 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on SAP technologies.Proven track record of successfully hiring for SAP roles such as SAP HANA, FICO, FSCM, FICA, and FIN CO.Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem and its various modules.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Preferred Skills:Certification in SAP or related technologies.Experience in recruiting for other IT roles beyond SAP.Strong network within the SAP and IT community in the Delhi NCR region.Why Join Us:Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exposure to cutting-edge SAP technologies and projects.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.If you are a seasoned recruiter with a passion for SAP technologies and a knack for finding the best talent, we would love to hear from you.
