ROLE SUMMARY

The Campaign Manager at Muthoot Fincorp Limited (MFL) will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing and business development campaigns across various business and enabling channels to achieve strategic objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective campaigns, drive engagement, and support business growth initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels which include but not limited to digital, print, social media that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.

Campaign execution

  • Manage creative development, content creation, and production processes, ensuring messaging consistency and brand alignment.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (such as marketing, business teams, product, and compliance) and external partners, if needed (such as agencies, media houses, influencers etc.) for campaign execution.

Performance Monitoring and Control

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance against established KPIs
  • Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement;
    optimize campaigns for better results and ROI.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports and present findings to stakeholders
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact. Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on budget utilization and campaign ROI.

KEY ROLE DIMENSIONS

  • The Campaign Manager is an individual contributor role. However, team members can be enabled as part of career progression plan of the organization. They primarily will lead key projects and collaborate with internal team members to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • This is a PAN India role, which serve as a bridge between the PMO and other key functions, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and engaged.

KEY SKILLS & BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Basic understanding of NBFC or financial services domain would have an advantage, however, not mandatory.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing ad display advertising
  • Ability to use digital analytics tools and platforms to check efficacy of campaigns

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication, Marketing or Business Administration would be an ideal candidate. PG/MBA is a plus
  • Experience in Marketing, campaign management, or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry or an NBFC
