Job Description An ideal candidate’s role involves building relationships with colleges and universities, holding recruiting events on campus. To be successful in this role, a good Campus Recruiter should have experience with hiring people, know what the current hiring trends are, and what the job market needs. The job role involves travelling to campus locations for recruitment.

Key responsibilities: Relationship Building ‍Building and nurturing relationships with educational institutions and faculty members. This involves networking, attending career fairs, and participating in campus events to establish connections and promote the organization. Employer Branding ‍Promoting the employer brand among students by conducting pre-placement talks, presentations, and workshops. Job Postings and Advertising ‍Creating job postings, internship opportunities, and other career-related information through various channels like online job portals, and social media platforms. Campus Visits ‍Visiting educational institutions to directly engage with students. Responsible for conducting informational sessions, provides career guidance, and facilitates question-and-answer sessions to educate students about the organization and available job roles or internships.

Selection and Screening ‍Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and shortlisting candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with the organization's requirements. Planning and conducting interviews, assessment tests, and group exercises to assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and potential. Candidate Engagement ‍Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Offer Management ‍Extending job offers or internship offers to selected candidates, negotiating compensation and benefits, and managing the offer acceptance process. Relationship Management ‍Cultivating relationships with hired candidates, particularly during their transition from the academic environment to the workplace. Organizing orientation programs, mentorship initiatives, or other activities to support the integration of new hires into the organization. Data Analysis and Reporting ‍Analyzing recruitment data, such as applicant numbers, conversion rates, and time-to-fill positions. Industry Insights and Trends ‍Staying informed about industry trends, talent market dynamics, and emerging skill requirements.
