Responsible for category sales targets as per the Annual plan and achievement of margins and profitability in both Stores and Online Business. Create a strong and aspirational brand identity in coordination with marketing function. Develop revenue-generating cross marketing partners and strategies for the Online website. Initiate and plan strategic initiatives (promos, festivals, discounts, etc.) to ensure sales and margin plan is met Create overall promo plan for execution handover to MM (Vendors) Plan for visibility - sales target and RGM  Scout for local, regional and national vendors Active scouting for new product introduction with support from RMO, ToT and price negotiation Provide clear and timely communication to ensure all teams under the role are aligned towards a shared vision and a common goal. Share information cross-vertical and cross channel to meet the Business objective. FINANCIAL Deliver plan for sales and margins (% and RGM) by controlling assortment Maintenance of ARS parameters, MSF and periodic update of master across stores Maintain new product & new vendor assessment framework CUSTOMER (Internal- External) Define vendor strategy for key national and regional vendors Actively manage national and regional vendors and ensuring Spencers get high priority at vendors Regular vendor meets and training camps Run joint vendor initiatives and ensure success
