As the Center AM/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our flagship center, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time position and requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a Retail role </li><li>Proven track record of managing and leading teams at center for managing day to day issues</li><li>Strong knowledge of retail operations and Retail sales operations </li><li>Experience in implementing Retail marketing strategies </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to multitask</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools </li><li>Control statutory and stock management </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship center for Gaming and Hospitality</li><li>Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience at all times</li><li>Supervise and train center staff to deliver outstanding customer service</li><li>Develop and monitor operational budgets for the center</li><li>Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team internal and external to execute promotional activities</li><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and recommend competitive strategies</li><li>Implement and enforce company policies and procedures</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards</li><li>Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly</li><li>Prepare and submit regular reports on center performance</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends and best practices</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
