Purpose

The role holder will be responsible to generate leads for enhancing EuroKids & Kangaroo Kids Franchise presence in the assigned territory through new channel development & employing Franchisee Consultants/Agents.


Role and responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the marketing campaigns to achieve high visibility among commission based agents on boarding them to generate good quality leads. Use of digital and non-digital media to generate high quality leads in the budget on hand.
  • Recruit, train & lead a team of 100 feet on street agents to cover all geographies in all states of the south for Franchisee expansion. Build and drive the channel network efficiently.
  • Leveraging social media platforms i.E. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & lead generation to deliver qualified leads/ ROI to business.
  • Identifying current affairs and highlights that may be leveraged to run lead generation campaigns for the pre-school network.
  • Checking all generated leads for their credibility in order to increase the success of the conversion of those leads.



Experience and Qualification

  • Any Graduate with 6 - 8 years of hands on experience in Sales & Distribution, DSA management & lead generation from Insurance / Telecom industry, etc.
  • Geography Knowledge of the assigned territory
  • Team Handling experience is a must
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in Tamil & Malayalam
