Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary and technically adept Head - Hyper Scaler to lead our team in architecting, developing, and implementing cutting-edge hyper-scaling solutions for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cloud infrastructure and ensuring our clients unlock the full potential of scalable technology. In this leadership role, you will leverage your deep expertise in hyper-scaling platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP to design robust and secure solutions that address our client's unique business challenges. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive hyper-scaling strategy aligned with the company's overall IT and business goals. Conduct market research and stay abreast of the latest hyper-scaling trends and technologies. Identify and evaluate new hyper-scaling platforms and services that can benefit our clients. Lead the development and implementation of best practices for hyper-scaling solutions within the organization. Solution Delivery: Partner with clients to understand their specific business needs and pain points. Translate client requirements into technically feasible and cost-effective hyper-scaling solutions. Lead the design and architecture of highly scalable, secure, and reliable hyper-scaling environments. Oversee the development and deployment of hyper-scaling solutions, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and security protocols. Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of hyper-scaling specialists, engineers, and architects. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation. Delegate tasks effectively, provide clear direction, and empower team members to take ownership. Regularly assess team performance and identify opportunities for skill development and career growth. Project Management: Develop and manage project plans for hyper-scaling initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Establish clear project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Manage project risks and dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues. Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Communication and Reporting: Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain open communication channels with clients, internal stakeholders, and team members. Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress, performance metrics, and future roadmaps. Present hyper-scaling solutions and recommendations to clients in a clear and persuasive manner. Qualifications: Essential: 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing hyper-scaling solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) Proven track record of leading and delivering successful hyper-scaling projects on time and within budget. In-depth knowledge of cloud computing concepts, architecture principles, and security best practices. Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and Agile development practices. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage and mentor a team of technical professionals. A passion for technology and a strong desire to stay up-to-date on the latest hyper-scaling trends. Preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic IT environment. Certifications in hyper-scaling technologies (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, etc.) Experience working with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with Infrastructure as a Code (IaaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible). Experience with cloud cost optimization strategies. Experience developing and implementing disaster recovery plans for cloud environments.
