Job Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and technically proficient Chief Autonomous Cloud Development Officer to lead the development of our autonomous cloud platform. This role is pivotal in building a next-generation cloud orchestration platform with a focus on AI/ML integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background, with hands-on experience in building complex AI/ML modules, and a proven track record of leading teams in developing scalable cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Development:

• Lead the design and development of an autonomous cloud platform with strong AI/ML capabilities.
• Architect and implement core modules and services, ensuring high performance, scalability, and robustness.
• Develop AI/ML algorithms and models to enhance the platform's automation and decision-making capabilities.
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in AI/ML and cloud development.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical direction and mentorship to a team of cloud developers, AI/ML specialists, and engineers.
• Review code and design documents to ensure high-quality and efficient development practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into the broader cloud infrastructure.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the team.

Strategic Vision:

• Define the technical vision and roadmap for the autonomous cloud platform.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in AI/ML and cloud technologies to inform and guide platform development.
• Work closely with the executive team to align the platform development strategy with overall business goals.

Project Management:

• Lead end-to-end project management for platform development initiatives, from concept to deployment.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones, maintaining a strong focus on quality, scalability, and security.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on AI/ML and cloud platforms.
• Proven experience in leading the development of AI-driven cloud solutions, with hands-on coding expertise.
• Strong track record of building and managing high-performing technical teams.
• Experience with the entire software development lifecycle, including architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in AI/ML algorithms, frameworks (e.G., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and model deployment.
• Proficient in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their development tools.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or similar.
• Deep understanding of cloud orchestration, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and DevOps practices.

Leadership Skills:

• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of developers and engineers.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on fostering innovation and excellence within the team.
