Implement robust internal controls to ensure accuracy, prevent fraud, and improve efficiency in financial operations. Identify financial risks and opportunities and proactively manage them to protect and enhance company value. Cash Flow and Capital Management: Manage the company's cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize capital allocation. Oversee capital expenditures, working capital management, and investment strategies. Work with banks, investors, and other financial institutions to secure funding and manage relationships. Financial Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance, profitability, and trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
