Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to lead our financial operations. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, driving financial strategy, ensuring robust financial controls, and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, risk management, and financial planning, with proven leadership in a dynamic and high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support factori.com’s growth initiatives. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team to drive business decisions. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results to the Board of Directors and stakeholders. Monitor compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies. Risk Management and Controls: Develop and maintain risk management strategies to safeguard the company’s assets. Implement robust internal controls to ensure accuracy, prevent fraud, and improve efficiency in financial operations. Identify financial risks and opportunities and proactively manage them to protect and enhance company value. Cash Flow and Capital Management: Manage the company's cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize capital allocation. Oversee capital expenditures, working capital management, and investment strategies. Work with banks, investors, and other financial institutions to secure funding and manage relationships. Financial Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance, profitability, and trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Use financial metrics and data analytics to evaluate operational efficiency and drive business performance. Lead cost optimization initiatives to improve margins and reduce expenses. Mergers, Acquisitions, and Partnerships: Lead financial due diligence and valuation processes for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Identify and evaluate opportunities for business expansion, diversification, and strategic investments. Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, transparency, and accountability. Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and manage performance to ensure the finance department meets company goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, operations, and sales, to align financial strategy with business initiatives. Support factori.com's growth initiatives by providing financial modeling, forecasts, and analysis for new projects or markets.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA) is preferred. Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the e-commerce, B2B, or manufacturing industries. Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management. Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital raising and investor relations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
