Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO). Experience: 10-15 years. Location: Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations Management:

Oversee the company’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning across all departments. People Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Business Expansion:

Identify growth opportunities, drive business expansion strategies, and enhance the company’s market presence. Sales & Service Delivery:

Ensure seamless service delivery, manage client relationships, and support the sales team in achieving targets. Fund Utilization & Cost Management:

Optimize resource allocation, control costs, and maximize profitability through strategic financial management. Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and industry-specific compliances, mitigating risks and maintaining business integrity.

Requirements: Experience:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in the IT service industry, with a proven track record in business operations and leadership. IT Infrastructure Expertise:

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, service models, and industry best practices. Leadership Skills:

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire high performance. Management & People Skills:

Excellent management, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking abilities, with a logical approach to complex challenges. Language:

Fluency in English is a must, both written and verbal.
