Job summary:

The role of Chief Representative is to lead the sales and partnership of Global Sources in the India market. This included overseeing its administration, develop new business and ensure profitability. He is responsible for developing, managing sales operations; fostering business partners, and to achieve revenue target at agreed budgets.

Accountabilities: Generate Revenue- Sales of Global Sources Online, Global Sources Exhibition packages to generate revenue for the company in all region of India Sales team development- Develop a professional sales team for long term business growth in India, through recruitment, sales skill training, sales system training, double call Partner Development – fostering government/association endorsement and financial support for India suppliers to join Global Sources New Opportunities- Developing new verticals/ regions for GSOL & GSE Business Report – Providing regular written report of sales progress, market situation to Chief Rep for continuous improvement

Requirements: Educational Background : Bachelor of Business Administration Experience : Over 7 years of professional experience Language Skills : Proficient in English and Hindi Key Skills : Strong Leadership and communication abilities Target-oriented mindset Excellent time management Positive attitude Preferred Qualifications : Experience with B2B platforms or trade shows Strong industry connections
