Job Purpose

The client support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues and providing timely support, and this role requires excellent communication skills. A problem-solving mindset, and ability to handle various client needs in a professional and efficient manner.

Desired Skills and experience

  • MBA Finance/CFA 2/ M’Com or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong problem – solving and analytical abilities.
  • Capital Market data knowledge is required;
    Index operations, exposure to equity, fixed income or similar areas preferred.
  • Strong team player, interpersonal, writing, speaking, listening, analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
  • Good to have Skills:
    SQL, sales force and Hubspot platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns. Provide clear and accurate with timely response.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively, ensuring high level of satisfaction, and escalate complex and unresolved issues to higher management as per the matrix.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions and feedback, generate few reports like client support metrics like nature of queries, list of queries requires system enhancements.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders like sales, development and operation Teams, provide feedback to internal Team based on client feedback.
