Position Overview:
We are seeking a Client Servicing Expert to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from ideation to delivery.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a skilled negotiator, and a creative problem solver with deep experience in sourcing influencers, crafting compelling campaign concepts, and managing end-to-end execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Sourcing & Management:
Identify & Source influencers at scale, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audiences.
Negotiate costs and contracts with influencers, ensuring fair compensation while maximizing campaign ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Campaign Strategy & Conceptualization:
Understand client marketing goals and develop holistic UGC and influencer-driven solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create innovative campaign concepts that leverage the power of UGC.
Work on developing creative scripts and content outlines tailored to each influencer’s style and audience.
- Client Servicing & Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and brand clients, ensuring clear, consistent communication.
Provide strategic counsel to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of influencer marketing and UGC.
Regularly update clients on campaign progress, results, and any potential challenges, offering solutions as needed.
- Content Quality & Delivery:
Brief influencers on campaign goals, content requirements, and key messaging to ensure top-quality output.
Review and provide feedback on influencer content, ensuring it meets creative standards and brand guidelines.
Oversee the timely delivery of all campaign content, coordinating with influencers and clients to meet deadlines.
- Collaboration & Innovation:
Work closely with internal teams, including creative, social media, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep the agency at the forefront of influencer marketing.
Proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance client campaigns and drive agency growth.
- Requirements:
6 months - 2 years of experience in client servicing, influencer marketing within an agency.
Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns at scale, with a focus on UGC.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and content creation.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with team members.
