Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Client Success Manager at Leela Life. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving client retention. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, and utilizing analytical skills to enhance the client experience.

You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for our clients, particularly after they are starting to gain interest in us. Your primary focus will be to support clients throughout their wellbeing journey. You will act as a vital bridge between the client and different stakeholders (Guides and Wellbeing Experts), ensuring their journey is well-guided and that all backend processes run smoothly.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be working closely with the founders and will be the sole point of contact managing client relations. Therefore, don’t expect a team to manage anytime soon. Flexibility and a proactive mindset are essential to thrive in this dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the client experience post-acquisition, ensuring they are supported and guided throughout their journey with Leela Life. Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving their queries, gathering feedback, and ensuring their engagement with our services remains positive. Manage all backend processes related to the client’s Wellbeing journey, from scheduling consultations to ensuring they have access to necessary resources and materials. Oversee the implementation of personalized assessments and consultations, making sure that all steps in the process are handled efficiently and with care. Work with specialist engagement teams to ensure that any specific wellbeing recommendations are smoothly integrated into the client’s personalized plan.

Required Skills and Interests

Deep Interest in Wellness: A strong personal or professional passion for wellness, wellbeing, and holistic health practices Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes, manage expectations, and maintain a supportive and empathetic tone in all client interactions Tech-Savvy & AI Proficiency: Experience or strong interest in using AI tools such as ChatGPT to manage client communication efficiently Comfortable navigating client relationship management (CRM) platforms and other backend systems to track client progress and manage operations smoothly Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients and ensure no details are missed in their journey. Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues that arise, both in terms of backend processes and client satisfaction. Startup Mindset: Be ready to take a hands-on approach, handling client relations end-to-end. You will be the only person managing client success alongside the founders, so adaptability and a sense of ownership are crucial. Thriving in a startup environment where processes are evolving and being proactive is essential for success.

Working Conditions • This is a hybrid role, and you will be required to come to the Bellandur office in Bangalore at least three days a week. • Flexibility in working hours, as you will be dealing with international clients across different time zones.
