Role & Responsibility: -

 Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market penetration and achieve sales targets. Identify new market opportunities, customer needs, and potential areas for growth in the assigned region.  Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and channel partners. Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solar solutions.  Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales objectives. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to the team to improve performance.  Market Analysis and Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights for product development and pricing strategies. Analyze sales data and market feedback to adapt sales tactics and optimize results.  Product Promotion: Organize and participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective marketing campaigns.  Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.  Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget for the assigned area, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Monitor expenses to ensure they align with budgetary constraints.  Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.  Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as operations, supply chain, and customer service to ensure smooth delivery of products and services. Coordinate with the technical team to provide customers with accurate product information and technical support.  Customer Satisfaction: Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
