Overview

As Microsoft forges ahead in its mission to enable every organization and every person on this planet to do more, we are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join the Enterprise Commerce team within the Cloud + AI, Commerce + Ecosystem (C+E) division. The Enterprise Commerce team in C+E is responsible for building and delivering the commerce platform that powers Microsoft’s cloud and enterprise businesses, including Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and more. The team’s mission is to enable Sellers, Customers and Partners to buy, use, and manage Microsoft products and services in a simple, secure, and scalable way. Our charter is to transform, modernize and create the next generation of platform products with the focus on simplifying all aspects of deal lifecycle experience for our Commercial, Government and Original Equipment Manufacturer businesses leading to Faster Go to Market, Improved Productivity, Increased Revenue enablement and CSAT.

Qualifications

12+ years of software product & program management experience, including at least 3 years or equivalent experience in building enterprise grade B2B products and services. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience and MBA from premium institute is preferred. • 3+ years people management experience • Ownership, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset to build trust with internal and externals stakeholders. • Experience in enterprise commerce, billing, subscription management, or related domains • Strong collaboration skills to impact/influence engineering and cross functional teams • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. • Builds upon a strong team ethos and embodies company and division values, cultivating a culture based in diversity, inclusion, growth mindset, and customer obsession. •Passion for customer satisfaction and launching high-quality products leveraging technology, data and AI.

Responsibilities

As a Sr Product Manager in this team, you will: • Develop and execute product strategies for Enterprise Commerce, including product vision, roadmap, feature sets, pricing models, and go-to-market plans. • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, and other stakeholders. • Define and prioritize customer needs, market opportunities, competitive analysis, and user feedback to deliver customer-centric solutions. • Communicate product value proposition and benefits to internal and external audiences, including senior executives, customers, partners, analysts, and media. • Drive product adoption and growth by identifying and addressing customer pain points, creating compelling value propositions, and delivering engaging product experiences.
