EMEA – 2pm to 11pm
This role, as Senior Engineer – Cloud Platforms, will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define AWS infrastructure cloud solutions and implement according to standards to meet their needs.
- Position will work closely with AWS cloud platform team and account owners and security architects to engineer and deliver Cloud platform infrastructure Solutions
- Provide troubleshooting and debugging support for Cloud platform projects and initiatives;
- Research and configure new services and guardrails on AWS to enable clients to operate efficiently and securely
- Provide Technical and Operational Governance across the AWS Cloud Computing environment;
- Design and Configure Cloud infrastructures to support Cloud migrations and transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years experience in designing and configuring, implementing and supporting AWS services
- Degree / Education in Information Technology
- Hands-on experience with orchestration and automation such as including Cloud Formation, Ansible and Powershell.
Helpful skills:
- Experience implementing cloud cost optimization best practices
- Strong analytical skills and experience with self-driven discovery, decision making, verbal and written communication,
- Experience with AWS cloud application deployment architectures, identity/access management (IAM), networking, and data management.
- Certification level of associate or professional for AWS cloud
