We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Manager / Manager to oversee HR statutory compliance, payroll management, and HR shared services. The ideal candidate will have minimum 12-15+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record of managing these functions effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Candidates from Construction / Manufacturing industry preferred. Should have sound knowledge of Statutory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements related to HR. Oversee compliance with labour laws including Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Professional Tax (PT). Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for all HR compliance activities. Handle audits and inspections by labour authorities and ensure timely resolution of any compliance issues. Payroll Management: Supervise the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries. Ensure compliance with all payroll-related statutory requirements. Manage employee benefits administration and reconciliation. Implement and maintain payroll systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. HR Shared Services: Lead the HR shared services team to deliver efficient and effective support across various HR functions. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in HR shared services. Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure high customer satisfaction. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to standardize HR operations. Liaisoning: Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and other external stakeholders. Handle negotiations and manage relationships with various regulatory bodies. Represent the company in compliance-related matters and ensure proactive communication with relevant authorities.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 12-15 years of relevant experience in HR statutory compliance, payroll management, and HR shared services. In-depth knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT, and other HR regulatory requirements. Proven experience in managing HR shared services and liaising with government authorities. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using HR and payroll software systems.
