Marketing Manager - Global Private Equity Firms

Job description

This role is the front face and front line of the business. The primary focus is on nurturing the client relationship and delivery of high quality marketing solutions and to work with a Global private equity firms.

Responsibility 1. Relationship management: a. Build and maintain strong relationships with all the stakeholders of the firm. b. Understand their business deeply, objectives, and challenges. Be the main point of conversations between the agency and the client c. Ensure overall client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations d. Proactively seek feedback from clients e. Work to retain existing clients by delivering exceptional service, demonstrating the value of the agency's work, and building long-term relationships

2. Solutioning and problem solving mindset: a. Critical and quick thinking, and the ability to find solutions that align with both the client's and BU/agency goals b. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the market that may impact clients. Use this knowledge to provide strategic recommendations to clients c. Address challenges and issues that arise during the course of work. Be smart, work fast or fail-fast with problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making to ensure smooth delivery

3. Delivery, Quality and Operation excellence: a. Effective and prompt communication and 100% level of responsiveness b. Gather clear work requirements from clients and create clear and comprehensive briefs for internal teams c. Build the right marketing solutions to customers d. Oversee the execution work being created by the various internal teams e. 100% adherence to the quality standards f. Lower rework and wasted effort g. Commitment to delivery timelines h. Ensure good cross-functional collaboration

4. Business Performance: a. Driving value with quality of work and fulfilment of BU revenue goals b. Able to create solutions with targeted revenue goals (50L/20L) c. Highlighting roadblocks /issues with managers in a regular and structured manner d. Actively participate in new business development by identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts and contributing to pitches and proposals for new clients. Industry
