What do we expect from you? As a

Content Writer , your role will be to create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience. You’ll collaborate with our marketing, design, and product teams to produce content that educates, informs, and inspires. Your content will shape the voice of Novatr across various channels, including our website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. You’ll be responsible for developing content that aligns with our brand, speaks to our audience, and supports our overall growth and engagement strategies.

Who are we looking for? You are/demonstrate: A creative storyteller who can craft compelling narratives that captivate and inform. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail. An ability to adapt writing style to different content formats and audience needs. A self-starter with a passion for learning and exploring new ideas. You’re good at: Creating engaging content for blogs, articles, social media posts, and marketing campaigns. Conducting research to inform and support content creation with credible sources and insights. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align content with business goals and audience interests. Managing multiple content projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Extra Awesome if you are: Familiar with content related to technology, education, or the AEC industry. Knowledgeable about SEO best practices and how to create content that is optimized for search engines. Experienced with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or HubSpot. Passionate about Ed-Tech and continuous learning.

Required Experience: 2-3 years of experience in content writing, preferably within a digital-first or content-heavy role. Proven ability to create a variety of content formats that resonate with diverse audiences. Strong research skills and an ability to translate complex topics into accessible and engaging content.

What is mandatory? Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong command of grammar and style. Experience working in a collaborative environment and handling multiple projects at once. A passion for creating content that educates, informs, and engages readers.

What is not mandatory? Prior experience in the AEC industry or Ed-Tech, though it would be beneficial.
