Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer with expertise in Lean Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing production processes, and ensuring optimal equipment performance through Lean TPM methodologies.

Key Responsibilities: Lean TPM Implementation: Develop, implement, and sustain Lean TPM programs across the facility. Conduct TPM training for operators and maintenance personnel. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of TPM initiatives. Hands on experience in the 8 Pillars of TPM Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction using Lean tools and techniques. Lead cross-functional teams in Kaizen events to address process inefficiencies. Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities. Process Optimization: Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability and performance. Project Management: Manage continuous improvement projects from conception through implementation. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Training and Development: Mentor and train employees on Lean TPM principles and practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Promote a proactive approach to equipment maintenance and problem-solving.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven experience in implementing Lean and TPM methodologies. Skills: Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, tools, and techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools. Strong project management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Certifications: Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred. TPM certification is a plus.
