We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that InOrg and its clients adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, as well as providing guidance on compliance issues and risks. Key Responsibilities: Compliance Management:

Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal standards. Regulatory Monitoring:

Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure that InOrg and its clients are compliant with all applicable requirements. Risk Assessment:

Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues and develop corrective action plans. Training and Education:

Provide training and support to employees and clients on compliance-related matters, ensuring a thorough understanding of policies and procedures. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, including audits, assessments, and training sessions. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and stakeholders. Issue Resolution:

Investigate compliance-related issues and complaints, providing recommendations for resolution and implementing corrective actions as needed. Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments and clients to integrate compliance practices into business operations and support overall organizational goals. Qualifications: Experience:

Proven experience in a compliance role, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and develop practical solutions. Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present compliance information and train others. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) are preferred. Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with compliance management software and tools is a plus.
