Here, you will make an impact by: Perform

monthly variance analysis

for various ESC transition agreements with Solventum including Supply Agreement (SA), Transition Contract Manufacturing Agreement (TCMA), Transitional Service Agreement (TSA). Support global financial forecasting activities for various ESC transition agreements via partnering with ESC Transition Management Office (TMO) and BG finance teams. Partner with ESC TMO and IT teams to develop automated reporting solution. Partner with site finance colleagues under various transition agreements and support standard and fixed price setting process for new SKUs. Responsible for ESC separation cost tracking and analysis Provide ongoing finance support for transition agreement renewal or negotiation Partner across the organization with ESC Finance, Transition Management Office, Corporate FP&A, Controllership team, and Tax to support other ongoing initiatives related to Solventum separation.

Your Skills and Expertise: To set you up for success in this role from day one, requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution. Ten (10) years of finance / accounting or supply chain/logistics job experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Masters in Business Administration, Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), and / or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification. Self-starter with ability to drive change. Creative problem solver. Experience with contributing on cross-functional teams and influencing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Results oriented with strong process and execution skills. Familiar with financial systems and proficient in using Microsoft applications (eg Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
