We’re looking for a CRM Administrator & Automation Specialist to join our team and manage the CRM tools that are central to our operations:
HubSpot, Apollo, and Kommo CRM . In this role, you’ll be responsible for customizing, automating, and optimizing these platforms to meet the diverse needs of our clients. If you’re passionate about leveraging technology to streamline sales and marketing processes, we want to meet you!


Overview

The CRM Administrator & Automation Specialist will play a key role in managing and customizing our CRM platforms, with a strong focus on automating workflows and improving overall client engagement. You will be the go-to expert for configuring HubSpot , Apollo.Io , and Kommo CRM , ensuring that they are tailored to the specific business needs of our clients. This position requires a mix of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes.


Key Responsibilities

RM Configuration & Customization :

  • Customize and configure HubSpot, Apollo.Io, and Kommo CRM to match client requirements, including setting up pipelines, dashboards, custom fields, and data management processes.
  • Tailor workflows to streamline sales, marketing, and customer relationship management activities for clients across various industries.


Automation :

  • Develop and implement automated workflows to simplify routine tasks, such as lead nurturing, follow-up reminders, deal tracking, and reporting.
  • Integrate CRMs with marketing automation platforms and other third-party tools to enhance data flow and functionality.


Data Analysis & Reporting :

  • Design reports and dashboards that provide real-time insights into sales and marketing performance, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Use CRM data to identify trends, improve sales forecasting, and enhance overall marketing strategy.


Integration & Optimization :

  • Integrate CRM tools with other platforms like email marketing services, web analytics, and customer support tools using APIs and integration tools (e.G., Zapier).
  • Ensure optimal performance of CRMs by troubleshooting technical issues, managing data integrity, and ensuring regular updates and system improvements.


Client Training & Support :

  • Provide hands-on training for clients and internal teams on how to use CRM systems effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related support and troubleshooting.



Qualifications

Experience :

  • 1-5 years of experience in CRM management and automation, particularly with HubSpot , Apollo.Io , and Kommo CRM .
  • Experience customizing CRM systems to fit the unique needs of different clients, including creating automation rules, customizing fields, and developing reports.


Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Apollo, Kommo) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of CRM integrations and experience with API-based tools like Zapier.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing processes, with a focus on lead generation and customer retention.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or similar database languages is a plus.


Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills :

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address CRM issues and optimize workflows.


Communication & Collaboration :

  • Strong communication skills for working closely with both clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to train and support teams and clients on CRM functionality and automation features.


Certification :

  • HubSpot CRM Certification is a plus.
  • Certifications in automation tools or similar systems will be advantageous.
