Summary:

Our CRM Executives are responsible for strategizing, coordinating and executing customer engagement and customer retention marketing campaigns at zingbus.


Job Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End CRM Campaign Management:
    Planning, Execution & Reporting on CRM marketing campaigns for conversion and customer retention.
  • Coordinate with the zingbus Product, Brand and Analytics teams for campaign requirements and feedback
  • Leverage A/B testing on content, creative designs, customer personas and zingbus products to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign performance, and provide recommendations for improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Track record in CRM with a focus on engagement and retention in B2C brands
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as CleverTap, WebEngage or MoEngage
  • Strong analytical skills to get actionable insights from campaign data and trends
  • Good communication skills to engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
