Key Responsibilities:

Dealership Network Expansion: Identify new potential dealerships in key markets based on market research, demand forecasts, and geographic trends. Develop proposals and conduct presentations to prospective dealerships, highlighting business opportunities, partnership benefits, and growth potential. Facilitate the onboarding process of new dealers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal agreements. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners and managers to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company standards. Act as the key point of contact between the company and its dealerships, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns or challenges. Provide training and support to dealership staff on product knowledge, company systems, and best sales practices. Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Track and analyze dealership performance, including sales volume, customer satisfaction, and service efficiency. Develop and implement improvement plans for underperforming dealerships, working closely with the dealership to identify and resolve issues. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies for dealerships to increase footfall and sales. Operational Excellence: Ensure dealerships are adhering to operational standards, including the proper display of products, service protocols, and customer experience guidelines. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Assist dealerships in optimizing inventory levels and product availability based on demand trends and forecasts.

Ideal Candidate :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in business development, dealership management, or network expansion, ideally in the automotive or electric vehicle industry. Strong knowledge of the electric two-wheeler market and industry trends. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to travel frequently for dealership visits and market analysis. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
