Customer Support Specialist - Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Issue Resolution:

Investigate and resolve user issues related to the FRND platform promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical and non-technical concerns.

Customer Engagement:

Interact with users via various channels, including email, chat, and phone, to ensure a positive and supportive experience. Proactively reach out to users to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of user interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Contribute to the development of a knowledge base to assist users in finding solutions independently.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the features and functionalities of the FRND platform. Provide users with guidance on maximizing the benefits of the platform.

Note - Please answer screening questions based on language proficiency. "This is a night shift position with working hours from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM."

Requirements:

06-1 years of relevant experience Fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think on your feet. Empathy and patience in dealing with user concerns. Familiarity with social media platforms and technology is a plus. The FRND team operates six days a week, with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month as working days.
