Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement retention strategies aligned with business goals.
- Data Analysis:
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for user acquisition and retention.
- Marketing Campaigns:
Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to drive user growth and encourage loyalty.
- Experimentation:
Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize conversion rates and other key growth metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to improve user experience.
- Project Management:
Manage cross-functional projects that promote growth and retention.
- Metrics Monitoring:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of growth and retention strategies.
- Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on growth hacking techniques, tools, and industry trends.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience:
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in the real money gaming industry.
- Campaign Management:
Proven track record of managing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns, delivering measurable results and ROI.
- Strong Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Growth Marketing Tools:
Experience with SaaS tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Ahrefs, etc.
- Experimentation and Testing:
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
- Excellent Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
