In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and building strong relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with various requests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.<BR><BR>Responsibilities<BR><BR>Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner.<BR>Provide accurate and efficient responses to client inquiries, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests with a high level of customer service.<BR>Proactively monitor and manage online reviews, feedback, and ratings on platforms such as Google, Glassdoor, and social media channels.<BR>Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and sales, to address client issues raised in online reviews and implement necessary improvements.<BR>Analyze trends and patterns in online reviews and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.<BR>Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.<BR><BR>Qualifications<BR><BR>Bachelor's degree preferred.<BR><BR>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively<BR><BR>articulate information and respond to client's needs.<BR><BR>Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload<BR><BR>effectively.<BR><BR>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<BR><BR>Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and customer demands.<BR><BR>Flexible to work in the US time zone.
