Purpose: Customer Service & Logistics administrator provide effective and efficient customer service to all internal and external Buckman customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products, sales policies, supply chain procedures, and shipping methods and terms.

Qualifications & experience: Full-time bachelor’s degree in business / Logistics/ Supply chain Management from a reputed university. 2-3 years of experience in Customer service or Logistics in manufacturing or Specialty chemicals industry.

Job Description:

Accurate, cost effective and prompt execution of every order including receipt of evidence on sales orders, bank contracts and other pertinent documentation. Ensure every order is executed as a Perfect order; adhered to Service Level Agreement. Performing prompt and timely data entry to SAP system to maintain Sales Order,generate Proforma Invoice, Collection Advice, and Price List by Customer to ensure accuracy of information for relevant users. Processing sales orders by ensuring Proforma Invoice is issued promptly, accurately and within the SLA time frame. Issue order acknowledgement to customers and sales representatives within specified service level. Issue Delivery order/Collection advice from SAP to warehouses and 3PL within specified time and ensure timely order fulfilment. Promptly uploading the Enquiries in Transport management systems for export shipments. Ensuring the overall outbound shipments requirements and documentations processes are performed timely and right first time. Receive and process PFR/STO Direct Delivery orders into SAP - liaise with Supplier, Buckman Rep, Customer and relative support functions. Ensuring customer billing is completed progressively during the month and in accordance with month end close off timetable. Generate PDF copy of invoices / end of month invoices and email to customer specified contacts. Communicating directly with customers, sales reps, Associate Co. and other Buckman associates to obtain feedback. Proactive and prompt follow up and resolution of customer queries. Liaise with customers and sales associates on order fulfilment issues. Resolve customer impacting complaints by clarifying, determining the cause of the problem. selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the problem; expediting. correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution completion.

Good communication skills; fluent in spoken and written English. Strong Customer service skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Motivated, independent, resourceful, efficient and able to handle several projects simultaneously. Computer proficiency with sound knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiar with SAP system especially in OTC workstream. Ability to work well in a team-based environment.
