Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat. They will also maintain customer records and coordinate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.


Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in ENGLISH
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as email, web browsers, and common office programs
  • Familiarity with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
