Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. As customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer support, managing customer accounts, and utilizing your analytical skills to identify and address customer needs.

1) Should have zeal for renewals\ Sales.

2) Good communication skills.

3) Sales skills are a must.
