Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Rig Logistics Inc in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities and Qualifications : Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus Proficiency in relevant software and tools for customer service High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus

In this position, you will be responsible for leading a dispatch team to ensure a consistent quality of service, customer satisfaction, scalability, and support across the growing network of our Canadian and US based client's customers.
