Position Title – Customer Solutions Architect:

We seek an experienced, highly motivated Customer Solutions Architect to join our client-focused organization, working with our enterprise prospects and accounts. This key position is responsible for defining partner relationship management automation workflows and integrating third-party systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, NetSuite, and SAP. The Customer Solutions Architect will work closely with prospects and customers to ensure the successful implementation and customization of ZINFI’s solutions to meet their unique business needs.


Position Responsibilities:

- Requirements Analysis:
Work with prospects and customers to gather and define detailed requirements for partner relationship management automation workflows.

- Solution Design:
Develop comprehensive solutions integrating ZINFI’s platform with third-party systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, NetSuite, and SAP.

- Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the sales and implementation process, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry best practices.

- Project Scoping and Budgeting:
Scope custom solutions projects, develop budgets, and manage costs to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Customization and Configuration:
Customize and configure ZINFI’s solutions to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

- Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with key stakeholders to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives and translate these into technical requirements and solutions.

- Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed documentation of customer requirements, solution designs, integration workflows, and implementation plans.

- Training and Support:
Provide training and support to customers during and after implementation to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of ZINFI’s solutions.

- Continuous Improvement:
Based on customer feedback and industry trends, identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to ZINFI’s solutions.


Skills Requirements:

- Customer Focus:
Act in ways that demonstrate customer focus and satisfaction by building effective relationships with customers and identifying, meeting, and exceeding customer expectations.

- Technical Expertise:
Possess strong technical knowledge of partner relationship management and integration with third-party systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, NetSuite, and SAP.

- Budgeting and Cost Management:
Experience in scoping projects, developing budgets, and managing costs to meet financial goals while delivering high-quality solutions.

- Effective Communication:
Deliver oral and written communications that are impactful and persuasive to their intended audience.

- Industry Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of relevant industries and marketplaces;
can speak with authority on industry trends, best practices, competitive practices, regulatory issues, etc.

- Problem Solving:
Utilize a systematic approach to problem-solving, leveraging technical expertise to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.

- Business Acumen:
Understand key aspects of business models and competitive positioning;
also understand how companies operate, including the role of structure, systems, and processes.

- Project Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.


Experience Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in technical roles, with a focus on solution architecture, system integration, or similar positions, ideally within the technology sector.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions that involve integration with third-party systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, NetSuite, and SAP.

- Strong technical background in partner relationship management, SaaS applications, and automation solutions.


Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.


Travel:
Business travel of approximately 30% yearly is expected for this position.
