<p>Customer Support Engineer is one who is responsible for handle equipments AMC, Repairing & Calibration services.</p><p> </p><p> <strong><u>Installation & Commissioning </u></strong></p><p>Provide on-site installation & commissioning of instruments & A.M.C. visit.</p><p>Perform In house & onsite trouble shooting, service & repairs within the scheduled timeline.</p><p>Perform instruments Calibration as per respective standard procedure within scheduled timeline.</p><p>Perform inspection of material, accessories, spares, and equipments on receipt</p><p><strong><u>Enquiry Management</u></strong></p><p>Generate enquiries </p><p>Timely and professionally handle field service calls </p><p>Resolving issues arising from field service visits</p><p><strong><u>Reporting</u></strong></p><p>Submit respective reports within the scheduled timeline to Team Leader</p><p>Co-ordinate with the internal work teams such as Accounts, Admin etc., </p><p>Maintain documentation as required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualification:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Diploma/BE Electronics/Instrumentation</li><li>Experience in Electronics servicing</li></ul><h2></h2><p> </p>
