Profile- Customer Support Executive/Manager Experience- 15 years Ctc- upto 10 lpa Location- Pirangoot, Pune Working days- 6 days

Requirements and Qualifications Graduate Electronics / Electrical, Male Experience of minimum 15 years in electronics product testing/troubleshooting/installation. Technically capable of analysing electronic circuits and assembled PCB working Confident and capable of handling electronic product testing and analysing tools Readiness to travel Good communication skills and systematic, organized work approach Responsibilities Lead customer support department Testing, analysing, troubleshooting product complaints Repairing products received from customers, with detailed analysis of observed problems. Coordinating with sales for resolving all site issues Visiting sites for installation, if required and/or problem analysis considering site conditions. Cumulative analysis of trouble shooting done. Preparing CA/PA in coordination with all concerned departments. Leading a team of engineers. MIS and Documentation Facing internal/external audits.
