Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Employment - Full Time, Permanent

6 days working, Rotational Shift & Off

Minimum 6months of experience is required

Qualification - Graduation

Having excellent communication skills. (English/ Hindi)

Immediate joiners only.

Work Location - Hyderabad (Work from office)

Salary - 2.4 - 2.7LPA
