Customer Support Specialist

Job Title: Customer Chat Support Specialist Location: Delhi Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Operations and Backend Specialist to join our team at YaMarkets. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Forex markets, strong technical and analytical skills, and the ability to efficiently manage backend operations. This position plays a crucial role in optimizing processes and ensuring operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day tasks and operational activities assigned by the manager.- Provide prompt responses to queries from the team and clients.- Oversee operational workflows and ensure the smooth execution of all tasks.- Maintain and update task-related MIS reports in Excel and Google Sheets.- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.Customer Support and System Management:- Maintain and optimize backend systems and databases to ensure smooth functionality.- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within trading systems.- Collaborate with IT and development teams to enhance system features.- Conduct regular system audits and address any technical issues.- Implement automated processes to drive operational efficiency.Required Skills:- Strong communication skills with the ability to respond promptly and effectively.- Multitasking and time management skills to handle diverse responsibilities.- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word);
