The ideal candidate will be responsible for program management, reporting, and liaison work.
Responsibilities:
● Oversee and manage the cybersecurity awareness program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
● Develop and implement strategies for increasing cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
● Lead key initiatives such as Cyber Awareness Week, ensuring comprehensive planning and execution.
● Prepare and present detailed reports on program progress, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
● Serve as the primary liaison between various departments to ensure cohesive and effective communication regarding cybersecurity practices and awareness.
● Support all 2024 Cyber Awareness Initiatives, providing expertise and guidance to ensure their success.
● Conduct regular assessments to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training programs.
● Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both technical and non-technical, tailored to different audience levels within the organization.
● Collaborate with the IT and security teams to ensure the integration of awareness activities with overall cybersecurity strategies.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to continuously improve the awareness program.
Qualifications:
● 7-8 years of experience in cybersecurity education and awareness.
● Proven ability to manage large-scale cybersecurity awareness programs.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a layman audience.
● Strong understanding of business functions and the importance of cybersecurity within an organizational context.
● Technical proficiency in cybersecurity principles and practices.
