Key Responsibilities: Master Data Management: Development of SCM data infrastructure including database design, inventory of data sources, oversight of master data tables, data cube maintenance, and integration with various internal / external data sources, including API Development. Spend taxonomy, vendor-parent mapping, contract metadata, spend cube management, exception reports. Prepares data comparisons to establish cost impact of sourcing options as part of the strategic sourcing process and assists with the sourcing process as required. Utilizes industry-leading standards for working with large datasets to extract meaningful business information using statistics, machine learning, and heuristics. Continually seeks out opportunities to learn new and hone existing technical skills (e. g. writing SQL/code, statistics, machine learning, etc.) Transforming data to insights – propose, analyze & share. Develops predictive systems and algorithms for identifying trends and driving business solutions. Sourcing Analytics: Dedicated analytics for each SCM procurement portfolio. Requires alignment with category teams for understanding of unique requirements and nuances of individual sourcing categories. Provides RFP / Bid analysis and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis and makes procurement recommendations based on analysis. Develop statistical models to drive decisions including what-if scenarios and should costing Portfolio Analytics: Provide analytics and reporting to drive visibility, management, and performance of project lifecycle, spend, and contracts across all SCM portfolios. Project benefit tracking, stakeholder engagement, spend treatment, contract lifecycle dashboards. Works collaboratively with other team members and cross functional teams to drive analytical insights and solve complex business problems.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS): Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or other related field 2+ years of experience in data analytics preferably in Supply Chain, Finance, Planning, or other related fields. Demonstrated problem analysis and problem-solving including experience in data analysis, modeling, statistical research, forecasting, data mining, database analysis, or strategic planning. Strong relational database skills (SQL Server, SAS, Alteryx or other) A demonstrated ability to build relationships and think strategically or systematically which includes skills in communication, project management, consensus building, presentation, and leading meetings. A demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage cross departmental projects. Strong ability to design and build BI visualization dashboards using (Tableau or Power BI) Strong communication skills
