We’re looking for a dynamic Manager Contracting (MICE) to lead our team in creating unforgettable experiences.Key Responsibilities:Foster a collaborative, productive, and creative team culture.Maximize team productivity and manage customer handling effectively.Oversee supplier management, including commercial negotiations and securing inventory and service confirmations.Ensure the smooth execution of MICE events and handle group execution responsibilities.Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and confidently lead events.Determine customer needs and preferences, including schedules, costs, and payment plans.Coordinate with third parties such as vendors, trip planners, and event organizers.Provide clients with necessary documentation and make alternative arrangements as needed.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events.Requirements:8-12 years of proven experience in project management within the MICE industry.Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in training and mentoring team members.Proven ability to lead operational teams effectively.Knowledge of major suppliers, MICE products, and destinations.Familiarity with project management processes, standards, and procedures.Responsibilities:Manage a team of operations and contracting professionals.Secure the best available market rates for domestic MICE transactions.Ensure smooth and efficient execution of MICE events.Increase Gross Operating Profit (GOP) through effective management.Work closely with team members to ensure high productivity.Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports as required.Apply Now!Join FCM Travel India and contribute to our success in delivering exceptional MICE experiences.
