JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Data Quality & System Analyst

to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data management, quality control processes, and systems analysis. This role combines expertise in maintaining high data quality standards with the ability to analyze and optimize system operations. The Data Quality & System Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and implementing data quality management processes, while also gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, implement, and optimize data quality management processes across the organization Perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and monitoring to ensure high-quality data standards Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes from stakeholders Translate business needs into system/data requirements and functional specifications Conduct systems analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvements Collaborate with data owners, business users, and technical teams to define data quality rules and system requirements Design and implement testing plans to validate data quality and system implementations meet specifications Document data quality findings, business processes, system designs, and requirements for reporting and knowledge sharing Translate business requirements into process automation using Zennoposter or comparable tools Aid in the building of EDI and API connections for the gathering of data analytics

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 1-2 Years experience with Oracle/Netsuite System administration Proven experience in data quality management and systems analysis Strong knowledge of data profiling, cleansing, and transformation techniques Experience with data quality tools and methodologies Proficiency in SQL and database management systems Familiarity with process automation tools, preferably Zennoposter Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements Knowledge of best practices in data governance and data management Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
